It’s officially a two hour session but the work is done in one session. I’ve got stop smoking down to a fine art. We tap out the craving and desire, use a technique to remove your desire to stop and then top it off with Hypnosis to seal in your resilience and all the benefits of being a non-smoker.
You could remove anxiety
I will explain how although you feel like anxiety has control on you, with a few simple techniques and mindset shifts you can be in control. Again we are working with the feeling here. Some people need two sessions but this is mostly because of their beliefs (which we all have to different degrees). The point I am making in this post is you don’t always need weeks or months of therapy.
