Hypnosis is an excellent tool for weight loss because it allows you to reprogram your subconcious mind, which is the greater part of your mind (95% ‘they’ say). When you use willpower to lose weight, you are only using the 5% of your concious mind.

Two thorough, tailored in person or online session lasting 2 hours

Hypnotherapy and coaching techniques that pay attention to all aspects of your weight loss journey. We address any healing that’s required, limiting beliefs, associated trauma and very importantly your feelings around your body image and self love. 

A weight loss planner to help to conciously prepare

A reinforcement hypnosis recording to listen to if you want to (not part of the weight treatment as all the work you need to do is done in your sessions, but some people like this recording too to listen to afterwards)

How do I purchase this package?

The package costs £450 for 4 hours of us working together and everything else that is included depending on your needs. 

I always talk to people before I work with them to make sure we are a good fit and to set us both up for success so please book a free consultation chat first and then I can send you the links to pay and book your sessions.

Where does therapy and coaching take place?

Sessions can be held in person in Worthing, West Sussex or in central London. I also work with clients around the world on zoom. You can find instructions on how to use zoom here It's very easy 🙂

What techniques might be used?

Hypnosis is the primary technique used in the weight loss package but I often blend NLP with it for extra benefit to my clients. Both techniques are powerful and work really well together.

You will feel different after each session and also get self help techniques to keep momentum between sessions.  but healthy weight loss is said to be 1-2kg a week.
