Terms of Service 

Please read the following terms of service before becoming a client or trainee and making payment.

Honey Lansdowne offers therapy treatment which includes hypnosis and regression techniques. Hypnosis is natural and safe therapy, which utilises a person’s natural ability to access the state of hypnosis. With hypnosis, clients remain conscious and in complete control throughout and may feel a strong sense of relaxation and abstract thoughts, which is exactly why it is such an effective therapy.

During a hypnosis session, the client may be regressed back to early memories to help discover the root cause of their issue. The client and therapist work together to gain understanding of where the belief/behaviour originated, with a view to changing it.

Hypnosis alone does not offer any guarantee of success. The client must want change be open and motivated. The client must be willing to fully participate in the session and to implement the recommendations of the hypnotherapist.

These are the terms of service that a client agrees to when working with Honey Lansdowne. Please read them carefully before making payment and proceeding with treatment.

I give Honey Lansdowne full permission to make audio and video recordings that may include my voice. I understand that if a recording (or recordings) are made during or after my session(s), Honey Lansdowne holds full copyright over any forms of media, that may be produced and distributed to me.

I understand that Honey Lansdowne is not a licensed physician, psychologist, or medical practitioner. I understand that the information, techniques, methods, recommendations by Honey Lansdowne, are not intended to substitute for diagnosis and care by a qualified physician, nor to encourage the treatment of any illness by persons not recognisably qualified.

I understand that if I am under medical care for ANY condition, I should consult my physician before proceeding with treatment with Honey Lansdowne and I should NOT make any adjustments to any prescribed medication without the approval of my doctor. If in any doubt, I should contact my physician.

I hereby grant permission to Honey Lansdowne to respectfully lift my arm, touch my shoulder, hand, neck, or rock my head during the course of my hypnotherapy session(s) in order to facilitate the hypnotic deepening process. 

I consent that Honey Lansdowne may release information to a specified individual or institution if it has been determined that a child or elder is at risk of or is currently being abused; or if I, as a client, am in eminent danger to myself or others.

I hereby give Honey Lansdowne full permission to hypnotise me and to use hypnosis, in the knowledge that I do so at my own risk.

I accept that while hypnosis have a high success rate, Honey Lansdowne does not guarantee any results and the success of the session(s) depends greatly on my own ability and desire to affect change.

I release Honey Lansdowne from any liability or claims concerning my mental and/or physical well-being during or following the treatment that has been outlined and agreed upon by becoming a client and working with Honey Lansdowne.

I understand that if I am epileptic or suffer from a psychotic illness, it is not generally recommended that I undergo hypnotherapy. I hereby agree that by becoming a client, that I do not currently suffer from these disorders.

I understand that cancellation fee is full charges if less than 24 hours notice given (as the appointment cannot be reallocated in a short time frame).

I understand that no refunds will be given for training that has been booked in the event that I cancel. But I will be offered a place on the next course, or course with equivalent value, in the event that the course I booked is no longer available.

I understand that no refunds will be given for digital products such as recordings, courses and training, due to the nature of digital products being immediately available.

I understand that in any event that I am dissatisfied with the service that I receive from Honey Lansdowne, I should first make written contact with Honey Lansdowne by email to hello@honeylansdowne.co.uk and allow 14 calendar days for Honey Lansdowne to respond, before I post any reviews or comments about the service I received online. I also understand that the only person that may post online about the service received, is the recipient of the service or training (if over 18 years old).
