A few words from Honey

I've been in the field of personal development for over 20 years. First an NLP Master Practitioner, I then trained as a hypnotherapist and it was love at first sight!


I have now created my own blend of therapy to help people overcome negative thoughts and limiting beliefs whilst allowing healing at a deeper level.


 I believe that self discovery is the answer to personal growth and I specialise in helping adults and teens with issues where anxiety and depression are a feature.
