What is self discovery therapy and how will it help me?
After years of helping people to feel better about all number of emotional issues, I realised that there was one common factor – how they felt about themselves.
I also noticed that the same people might have had several different issues over the course of their lives which were all linked to their perception of themselves, others, or the world around them.
You see, therapists don’t treat anixety or depression, PTSD, trauma etc, they treat people. And it’s not good therapy to take away an issue without replacing it with something better.
So now I work with people through self discovery to help them understand how they operate and how they see the world.
Self discovery is exploration of your inner self to guide to towards situations and experiences where you will thrive.
Self discovery coaching allows you to see how you think, act, learn and shows you your values, beliefs, preferred styles and tenadancies.
But most importantly, it shows you who you are and what makes you unique. And that is true empowerment.
