Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)™

Set yourself free of not feeling good enough with a RTT® session

Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) is a fast, effective hybrid therapy; combining the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, NLP, Psychotherapy & Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

The method was developed by renowned therapist Marisa Peer who has fine tuned this method over 30 years.

Rapid Transformational Therapy® is widely recognised by Hypnotherapists, Psychologists and Psychotherapists as an effective method for increasing self-esteem and confidence.

An RTT® session uncovers the root cause of your issue, frees you from self-defeating beliefs/patterns and imprints new, positive and powerful messages into your subconscious mind to produce permanent, life changing results.

How does Rapid Transformational Therapy® work?

Beliefs and experiences that are below your surface and making you unhappy are worked on during an RTT® session in a safe and gentle way. This allows you to effectively and rapidly understand, heal & rewire.  Making room for different, more beneficial, healthy beliefs and patterns.

Often, one RTT® session is all it takes to set you free of your issue. For some this may seem hard to believe, because more mainstream is weeks, months and sometimes years of other therapies such as counselling, CBT or pyschotherapy.

Rapid Transformational Therapy® is all about making rapid change that lasts and sets you free. There are countless testimonials to support this.

This is not a temporary fix, the changes and freedom are permanent. It is a truly unique therapy.

What happens in an RTT® session?

In a relaxed state of hypnosis, with access to your subconscious mind, we revisit scenes from your life which have everything to do with where your deeper beliefs (which are driving your current behaviours) stemmed from.

Looking at these scenes with your adult eyes, you can give new meaning to them and remove any unhelpful beliefs that you may have formed as a child.

After looking at around 3 scenes from your life and working together to understand their meaning for you, I’ll upgrade your thinking. I’ll provide more positive suggestions to reframe any old beliefs and move you into a more postive, happier future.

I then create a personalised recording for you to listen to for 21 days after your session.

The recording allows you to fully absorb positive affirmations and suggestions as your mind leans through repitition. These new thoughts create new habits and ways of feeling.

This is why Rapid Transformational Therapy® works so well for breaking emotional habits like anxiety and depression, but it is also brilliant for confidence issues, low self-esteem and much more.

How long does it take?

Each RTT® session lasts around two hours

What does it feel like?

The Rapid Transformational Therapy experience feels different for different people. Some people feel a floating sensation, some do not. Others may feel sleepy, some do not. Most people feel relaxed and at ease. What’s most important is to know that how you feel isn’t an indicator of how effective it is. Regardless of what it feels like – it’s working. I promise.

Can I get “stuck” in hypnosis?

No! That’s an old wive’s tale. You have complete control the whole time. You can talk, move your body, get a tissue etc. If the session is over Zoom, your unconcious will know what it needs to do to stay awake or open your eyes if you want to.

How does RTT® work?

Rapid Transformational Therapy® and hypnosis are not magic – it’s science! It works by creating a burst of brain waves that are the same as when you’re in REM. That’s what allows you to access the subconscious mind. It’s very easy and anyone can do it, you’ll see for yourself when you do it too!

What if I don’t “go deep” enough in my RTT® session?

Don’t worry about how deep you go. I want you to forget all about that. It’s really not important. The depth of trance is not linked to results at all.

So don’t get stuck on “Am I deep enough?” Just tell yourself the truth – “This is working” and it will absolutely work. Just know that it is effective.

What if I think I already know the reasons behind my issue?

What makes Rapid Transformational Therapy amazing is that even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a COMPLETELY new way. That’s what allows you to change the meaning and ultimately, change your beliefs.

For many clients they go back to scenes from the past that are totally different than what they expected. Just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see during your RTT session.

What if I go back to scenes that are painful or scary?

If you go back to scenes from your life that are related to things like sexual or physical abuse, or other trauma, it’s important to remember that you are not reliving that scene, you are simply reviewing it and that you are safe. I will support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions and heal – you’ll be OK.

When will I start to see changes?

There are 3 types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy – every person is different:
1 – Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviors right in the session.
2 – Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time.
3 – Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.

What if I need or want another session?

RTT is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create big changes in your life. Some clients may need more than one RTT session on a particular issue, depending on how deep it is it can take up to three.

Most want to keep doing sessions to work on other areas of their life and receive coaching to integrate the new beliefs and build new habits and behaviors.
