Being dependant on alcohol can be lonely. Quitting alcohol can be lonely. With support, the journey to becoming sober or more incontrol of your drinking can be much easier. 

With drink dependancy comes shame and feelings of not being good enough. With hypnotherapy, you can address the habit of drinking and also the emotional and behaviourial aspects of drinking. 

And the good news is, by using hypnosis to quit drinking, you use you subconcious mind, which ‘they’ say is 95% of the mind.

That’s why hypnosis is such a successful way to stop drinking – for good.  


Included in your 6 hour quit alcohol sessions:

Three thorough, tailored in person or online sessions lasting 2 hours

A unique triple technique tried and tested process which gets you stopped and so you stay stopped

A quit drinking planner to help to conciously prepare

A reinforcement hypnosis recording to listen to if you want to (not part of the quit alocohol/drinking treatment as all the work you need to quit is done in your session, but some people like this recording too to listen to afterwards)

How do I purchase this package?

The package costs £650 for 6 hours of us working together and everything else that is included depending on your needs.

Where does therapy and coaching take place?

Sessions can be held in person in Worthing, West Sussex or in central London. I also work with clients around the world on zoom. You can find instructions on how to use zoom here It’s very easy 🙂

What techniques might be used?

If we agree that hypnosis might be useful for you to try, then yes. But hypnosis does not have to be part of your ADHD coaching programme. This is a tailored programme based on your needs. I am an experienced coach, trained in NLP and other techniques as well as hypnosis. I also have full mental health training and specific training in ADHD so you are in safe hands and we will use what is best and right for you. p.s. hypnosis is marvelous for ADHD minds though, often the first time you truly relax mentally!

What are the benefits of this package?

My skills allow me to work with you at a concious level and an unconcious level to really go deep into your subconcious mind to help you makes the changes you seek. I can also help you heal negative and limiting beliefs and address any unwanted behaviours. Your subconcious mind is the greater part of your mind and is brilliant for making changes that last.
