ANXIETY HYPNOTHERAPY

Calm Anxious Thoughts. Feel Like You Again.

Face-to-face in Worthing, Shoreham-by-Sea, Hove, Brighton & London — or online, worldwide.

Seeking an anxiety hypnotherapist to help with anxiety can often take people longer than it needs to. This means you put up with it for too long and that can be tiring.

The reasons people don’t get help right away is they think they can ‘fix’ it on their own or it will go away. Quite often anxiety has no logic and arrives suddenly for no apparent reason. Or you’ve lived with it so long, it’s your new default way of being. Meanwhile, your nervous system is in flight or fight more than it should be.

But there is a reason.

Your subconcious mind is giving you a signal that something is up and anxiety is its way of bringing it to your attention.

So it makes sense to get help from an anxiety hypnotherapist who can help you ease anxious thought and feelings and get your life back on track. A professional anxiety therapist will have heard it all before and won’t judge. Your anxiety therapist will have techniques, therapies and experience to help you move through anxiety into better thoughts and feelings.

You’ve been putting up with this for longer than you needed to

Most people don’t reach out for help with anxiety straight away. You tell yourself you can fix it on your own, or that it’ll pass. Often it arrives with no obvious reason at all — which makes it even harder to explain, let alone shift.

But there is a reason. Your subconscious mind is sending you a signal that something needs attention, and anxiety is how it gets that message through.

You’re ready for an anxiety therapist who has heard it all before, won’t judge you, and has the techniques and experience to help you move through it — not just manage it.

I also offer a bespoke hypnosis recording service where you can order custom-made recordings for anxiety, created especially for children on the autism spectrum, for whom seeing a therapist in person would be stressful, and for adults with very private issues, extreme anxiety, or social anxiety that makes face-to-face sessions feel out of reach.

YOUR THERAPIST

Hi, I’m Honey

I’ve spent over 20 years working as a hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner and therapeutic coach. I hold Senior Practitioner and Supervisor status with the GHR and am registered with NCPS, and I’ve completed Level 5 training in Working with Neurodiverse Clients.

I’ve heard it all before, and I won’t judge you for how long you’ve struggled or how “illogical” your anxiety feels. My approach works with both your conscious mind — the practical, everyday coping strategies — and your subconscious mind, where anxiety’s real root usually lives.

Honey totally put me at my ease and I was able to fully relax. In addition to the hypnosis I’ve been given a whole range of tools as part of my ‘maintenance pack’ to use at home on a daily basis and others for emergency use if I’m having a wobble, or a particularly stressful day. Honey is very down to earth, genuine and really cares about supporting her clients. Not only that but she also explains everything really well too, so you can understand how it works. I’d definitely recommend Honey. I felt totally comfortable and very safe with her.

Honey genuinely tries to help her clients and she’s got the client’s best interest at heart. I went to see Honey as I went through a phase of constant worrying. She helped me a lot to regain my confidence and to believe in myself.

How do I book?

Getting started is simple

Already know I’m the right therapist for you? Book your sessions directly.

Not sure yet, or want to talk it through first? Book a free consultation call and we’ll discuss what you’re looking to achieve and the best options for you with no pressure, no obligation.

You can come and see me in person at one of the locations I work from.

Or having your life changing therapy at home is easy. You can find freedom from anxiety in the privacy and comfort of your own home. And it doesn’t matter where you are in the world.

I use an online video service called zoom which is very reliable and easy to use. We will be able to see each other and it is trustworthy and free to use.

You just need a good reliable internet connection, a camera and good sound. You can use headphones (large one or the buds you plug in your phone depending on the quality of the sound).

Research has shown that results are as powerful as face-to-face sessions. This is because our brains have been trained to really deeply focus when watching, listening or learning from a computer screen or TV screen.

I’m looking forward to meeting you, wherever you are in the world

WHO THIS IS FOR
Is anxiety hypnotherapy right for you?
This is for you if:
✓ You’ve been carrying anxiety for a while and are ready to properly address it, not just manage it
✓ You want a therapist who won’t judge you, however “illogical” your anxiety feels
✓ You’re open to working with your subconscious mind, not just talking things through
✓ You’d rather have therapy from home, in privacy and comfort, than travel to an office
This is not for you if:
✗ You’re in crisis right now — please contact your GP, Samaritans (116 123), or emergency services first
✗ You’re looking for a diagnosis — I support you with what you’re experiencing, but I don’t diagnose
✗ You want medication advice — that conversation belongs with your GP or psychiatrist

How do I purchase this package?

Book a free discovery call first — this makes sure we’re the right fit before anything’s paid for. From there I’ll send you booking and payment links.

Where do sessions happen, and do you work in-person?

Sessions can be held online via Zoom, with simple instructions provided so you can join from anywhere in the world. I also work in-person with clients across Worthing, Shoreham-by-Sea, Hove, Brighton & London, if that’s your preference.

What kinds of anxiety do you help with?

Everything from generalised anxiety and panic attacks to high-functioning anxiety, health anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and anxiety tied to specific life events like divorce, grief, menopause or becoming a parent. See the full list above — if you don’t see yours listed, just ask.

Do you offer support for children or teenagers?

Yes. Online sessions can feel safer and more private for anxious teenagers, without the pressure of being in the same room as a therapist. I also create bespoke hypnosis recordings for children on the autism spectrum who find face-to-face therapy stressful

What makes these services different to counselling, CBT, EFT?

Hypnotherapy is known for it’s relaxing properties and ability to reduce anxiety. I work with you at a concious level and an unconcious level to really go deep into the subconcious mind where anxiety is operating from, trying to do it’s job and protect you but it’s too active.

When will I notice a difference in how I feel?

Most clients notice something shift after the very first session.

What if I want another session once my package ends?

You’re welcome to book additional sessions any time.

What do I get with my sessions?

My clients get everything they need:

Pre-session guidance

Audio recordings where useful

Access to me on whats app for the duration of your programme

Access to client resources area once your sessions end

If I have something or know something that will benefit my client, I will share it

READY?
You don’t have to live with anxiety
Wherever you are in the world, and whatever your anxiety looks like, I’m looking forward to meeting you and helping you feel like yourself again.
