ADHD disordered eating

ADHD disordered eating – It’s not your fault

Just follow a meal plan they say…

In-person in Worthing, Shoreham-by-Sea, Hove & Brighton, London or online, worldwide.

If you’re a woman struggling to know what to eat, what to buy, what to eat and as a result you are binge eating or eating food that is not as nourishing as you’d like, then this is for you.

You might find yourself at the supermarket with best intentions to buy the ingredients for a meal or even a week’s worth of meals but somehow you get home with lots of shopping that won’t make a single meal!

Or maybe, you watch cookery shows and I think ‘I’ll make that’ and on the odd occasion you do, but it takes a lot out of you and for the next 5 days you live on sandwiches.

Or maybe you start an eating plan and it goes so well that you think, this is it! I’ve nailed my food (and you feel great) but somehow by 5pm on a Thursday you are frazzled and on the ready meal (assuming of course you have one).

Or maybe you have a food full of food that you could make really great meals from which you throw away each weekend because somehow, you just didn;t see it all there!

For many, food is a tricky subject for ADHDers and as a result, eating is chaotic and not as nutritious as it could be, which is annoying as eating a healthy diet can really help you feel better.

If you find yourself in ‘eating chaos’ where no meal plan can save you, then you can learn to manage your eating better and feel better.

Introducing… ADHD Eat

ADHD Eat is a tailored therapeutic coaching programme, built specifically for women who are ready to start managing what they eat more easily.

It will help you to have:

  • Less eating chaos

    Less bingeing

    Less food waste

    Better nutrition

Less negative talk in your head around not finding organising food more easily

  • You’ll be able to:

  • Understand how your mind works

  • See through the real calls for food from your body and the fake calls for food from your brain

  • Feel more in control if food and eating

  • Enjoy food, cooking and eating more

  • Save money by throwing less away

  • Regulate yourself — and start forgiving yourself when ADHD “takes over”
  • Build a personal toolkit for food organisation and food shopping and eating, designed for how your brain actually works

I’ve spent over 20 years working as a hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner and therapeutic coach, and I hold Senior Practitioner and Supervisor status with the GHR. I’ve also completed Level 5 training specifically in Working with Neurodiverse Clients.

But here’s what makes ADHD Eat different from a lot of courses out there: I’m not just a therapist who specialises in ADHD women. I’m a neurodivergent woman myself, with my own late diagnosis — so I know what this feels like from the inside, not just from training. I’ve personally worked with numerous diet coaches, even asking them to ‘just tell me what to eat’ and felt overwhelmed when they told me about food groups and preparing something healthy every day from scratch so that didn’t work out!  I even trained in nutrition but what really shifted is when I trained in neurodiversity and eating disorders and realised how it’s a unique situation that needs handling in a unique way.

This programme works at both levels — the conscious, practical, strategy level and the deeper subconscious level, where a lot of the shame and self-criticism actually live. I trained specifically in ADHD and AuDHD, alongside my full mental health training, so whatever we use together — coaching conversation, hypnosis, or both — you’re in safe, experienced hands.

 HERE’S HOW IT WORKS

Is ADHD Eat women’s coaching programme for you?
This is for you if:
✓ You’re a midlife woman who has suspected or been told you have ADHD (formal diagnosis not required)
✓ You’re ready to talk about it openly, without minimising it or performing “fine”
✓ You want support that goes deeper than tips and productivity hacks
✓ You’re open to trying hypnosis as part of your sessions, if it turns out to be useful for you

This is not for you if:
✗ You’re looking for a quick fix or a single “cure” session — this is relational, paced work
✗ You want a diagnosis — I’m not able to diagnose ADHD, only support you with what you’re already living with
✗ You’re not ready to talk about the harder feelings alongside the practical strategies

How do I purchase this package?

Book a free discovery call first — this makes sure we’re the right fit before anything’s paid for. From there I’ll send you booking and payment links.

Where do sessions happen, and do you work in-person?

Most ADHD Balance sessions are held online via Zoom, with simple instructions provided — so you can join from anywhere in the world. I also work in-person with clients across Worthing, Shoreham-by-Sea, Hove and Brighton, if that’s your preference.

Will hypnosis be used?

Only if we agree it’ll help you — it’s never required. I’m trained in hypnosis, NLP, coaching and full mental health support, with specific ADHD training, so we use whatever’s right for you. Hypnosis is often the first time an ADHD mind properly relaxes.

Will hypnosis be used?

Most of those work at a conscious level. I work with you consciously and subconsciously — going deeper into who you are and how ADHD shows up for you, without needing you to white-knuckle it through talk alone.

What makes these services different to counselling, CBT, EFT?

My skills allow me to work with you at a concious level and an unconcious level to really go deep into who you are and how you can deal with life with ADHD without feeling stressed, chaotic, exhausted and confused.

When will I notice a difference in how I feel?

Most clients notice something shift after the very first session.

The likelyhood is that if you are even reading this part of this page, there have been times in your life where you have struggled to fit in, understand yourself and accept yourself. You have probably wondered why everything things harder for you than it seems to be for others. Now that ADHD is more mainstream you are hearing about aspects of it that relate to you or maybe you’ve been disagnosed and have some feelings to deal with about that. This programme uses my core principals of self awareness, self compassion, self expression, self identity and self acceptance but specifically tailored to the ADHD/AuDHD woman.

** short version of benefits. Understand yourself better and create strategies that help you live your life better, work better, parent better, regulate better and have better relationships with others and yourself!

What if I want another session once my package ends?

You’re welcome to book additional sessions any time.

What do I get with my sessions?

My clients get everything they need:

Pre-session guidance

Audio recordings where useful

Access to me on whats app for the duration of your programme

Access to client resources area once your sessions end

If I have something or know something that will benefit my client, I will share it

READY? You don’t have to keep carrying this alone ADHD Balance gives you a safe, non-judgemental space to understand yourself, regulate your emotions, and build a toolkit that actually fits how your mind works — with someone who’s lived it too.
