How do I purchase this package?

The package costs £450 for 4 hours of us working together and everything else that is included depending on your needs. 

I always talk to people before I work with them to make sure we are a good fit and to set us both up for success so please book a free consultation chat first and then I can send you the links to pay and book your sessions.

Where does therapy and coaching take place?

All sessions are held online using zoom. You can find instructions on how to use zoom here It’s very easy 🙂

Will hypnosis be used for the ADHD coaching?

If we agree that hypnosis might be useful for you to try, then yes. But hypnosis does not have to be part of your ADHD coaching programme. This is a tailored programme based on your needs. I am an experienced coach, trained in NLP and other techniques as well as hypnosis. I also have full mental health training and specific training in ADHD so you are in safe hands and we will use what is best and right for you. p.s. hypnosis is marvelous for ADHD minds though, often the first time you truly relax mentally!

What benefit will I get from ADHD coaching?

The likelyhood is that if you are even reading this part of this page, there have been times in your life where you have struggled to fit in, understand yourself and accept yourself. You have probably wondered why everything things harder for you than it seems to be for others. Now that ADHD is more mainstream you are hearing about aspects of it that relate to you or maybe you’ve been disagnosed and have some feelings to deal with about that. This programme uses my core principals of self awareness, self compassion, self expression, self identity and self acceptance but specifically tailored to the ADHD woman.

What makes these services different to counselling, CBT, EFT?

My skills allow me to work with you at a concious level and an unconcious level to really go deep into who you are and how you can deal with life with ADHD without feeling stressed, chaotic, exhausted and confused.
