A bit about my work as a Hypnotherapist

Hello, I’m Honey. One of my greatest pleasures in life is helping people. And because I want to be good at helping people, I’ve spent a lot of time learning the very best techniques with the very best teachers.

I see life as a journey of learning and growth. Everything and everyone that finds their way into our life teaches us something. Sometimes we don’t want the lesson at the time and part of healing can be to understand what we learnt and let go of pain and distress.

I coached in business for years and really enjoyed seeing people develop and grow. I see potential in everyone and believe that we should focus on our strengths and positives but sometimes our mind has other ideas! There are so many ways we can help ourselves and there are many books to read, but nothing compares to taking action and feeling the result.

The way I work is to make a difference to how you feel from the very first session. I can’t tell you which ‘process’ or ‘technique’ I will use as there are hundreds, but I aim to deliver results based on the outcome you are seeking and my intention and experience to get you there.

A bit about my training

I trained as an NLP Practitioner in London some years ago. It made total sense to me how the subconscious mind holds the key to our thinking and behaviour. I was amazed at how much of our personal power sits in our subconscious and how much more we can get out of life when we tap into our power.

I went on to trained as an NLP Master Practitioner and I really enjoyed this transformational personal journey. I use NLP a lot with my clients to uncover their values, change unhelpful patterns of behaviour and create new thought patterns.

NLP gave me strong foundations to help people change their thoughts, limiting beliefs and behaviours, but I was fascinated by the power of the subconscious, so I qualified as a Hypnotherapist.

Hypnotherapy brings a relaxation like no other and the amount of uses never cease to amaze me. I’ve done many Hypnosis courses and now I mostly use deep states which heal on every level. Hypnosis isn’t hard as long as we allow it because it’s a natural state where we can change and heal.

I’m a Psy-TaP practitioner and find this a fabulous therapy for most issues but anxiety, depression, stop smoking and weight loss in particular.

I’m an Old Pain 2 Go Practitioner which is a great therapy for reducing or removing physical pain.

As a lifelong learner, I take my continued professional development very seriously and am a member of The General Hypnotherapy Register  and College Of Medicine 

I regularly attend training and supervision events to keep up to date and knowledge share. I trained in Indian Head Massage and Reiki level 1 & 2 to add a holistic element to my therapies.

The biggest learning has come from my clients. Every single client is a unique individual and I cannot tell you how rewarding it is to see people shed their issue, emotional and physical pain and gain confidence, calm and a new lease of life.

 

A bit about me

I believe everyone has the right to a life where they feel free to be whoever they want to be and live the way they want to without judgement. Most people are surprised how little work it takes to feel a big difference.

My style is open-minded, without judgement and confidential. I like to help people see that there are always options, life can always get better and you can take back control.

Apart from all that training and seeing all my clients, I have a satisfying life. I live by the sea and I love travel, art, museums, reading, nature and laughing.
